RASARIO offers a seamless return process for all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided that garments are unworn and the security seal remains intact. We strive to ensure your evening wear fits perfectly and meets our highest standards of craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and the RASARIO security ribbon are still attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location; your refund will be processed once our atelier verifies the item's condition.
